All Children’s Ministry Workers must pass a background check.

1. Door Greeter - Holds the door for people coming in and going out & is a friendly face to the Kids Zone.  I’ll Try It 

2. Welcome Team - Helps visitors by walking them to their classrooms. I’ll Try It 

3. Front Desk - Helps with checking in visitors and assisting people as needed.  Must pay attention to detail. I’ll Try It 

4. Hall Runner - Monitors the halls during the service, helps with crying babies, pushing cry buggies & distributing snacks.  I’ll Try It 

5. Team Leader - works with the Volunteer Coordinator to make sure teachers are in place; works the beginning of both services.  I’ll Try It 

6. Teacher - Leader of the class responsible for guiding the Bible Story, worship time & following the schedule.  I’ll Try It 

7.  Teacher Helper - Assist the teacher as needed.  I’ll Try It 

8.  Special Friend - Work with special needs kids who may need “one on one” attention; in the classroom.  I’ll Try It 

9.  Activity Room Teacher - Guides various rotating class through the activity/craft prepared for them each week.  I’ll Try It 

10. Nursery Worker - Responsible for helping keep babies happy and safe by following policies and procedures.  I’ll Try It 

11. Worship Leader - Leads in preparing and singing the song during worship time.   I’ll Try It 

12. Creative Arts/Drama - Actors, set designers & Director helping with the Kidstuff Productions during the 10:45 service. Practices on Thursday evenings; on a rotating schedule.  I’ll Try It 

13. Technical support - Helps with sound effects, microphones, CD/DVD input, computer needs.  I’ll Try It 

Awana Team:

All Children’s Ministry Workers must pass a background check.

1.    AWANA Leader- Participates every Wed. night during the school year with preferred age group, ranging from preschool to 6th grade.  Participates with their designated group for nightly activities.  I’ll Try It 

2.    Cafe56 Crew- Assist the lead cook with shopping, cooking and distributing the meals on Wed. evenings. I’ll Try It 

Office Support Team:

 All Children’s Ministry Workers must pass a background check.

1.    Hospitality- Helps with shopping, decorating and supplying snacks for different activities in the Kids Zone. I’ll Try It 

2.    Materials/ Curriculum Organizer- Helps during the week to shop for curriculum supplies and prepare lessons/ activities   I’ll Try It 

3.    Drop-In Office Support- Helps when available to do odd jobs in the office; example: make copies or jobs as needed. I’ll Try It 

Special Events Team:

All Children’s Ministry Workers must pass a background check.

1.    Special Events Coordinator- Oversees the planning and implementing of special events throughout the year.  Pays attention to details and follows designated budget.  I’ll Try It 

2.    Special Event Helper- Assists the coordinator in the planning and implementing of special events.  I’ll Try It 

3.    Welcome Baby- Coordinates the making and delivering of meals for new moms.  I’ll Try It 

4.    Baby Dedication Coordinator- Plans and oversees the Baby Dedication.  I’ll Try It 

5.    Prayer Team Coordinator- Makes a commitment to be dedicated in prayer for the Children’s Ministry.  I’ll Try It
