Praise Team/ Vocalists

We are looking for great vocalists who are passionate about worshipping God. This is a relatively small group of singers whose primary purpose is to engage, enhance, and encourage congregational worship. The prerequisite for being in this group is an interview with Pastor Brad which includes a vocal audition.

Technical

1.    Sound/Mixing: It takes two sound guys, or as we like to say, Audio Engineers to run every service.  One in the Apex on an analog sound console and one in the Sanctuary on a digital console.  Of all of the places to serve in the Tech Ministry this is the only one that requires a lot of hands on training.  We are always in need of individual who are willing to invest the time and serve in this area.

2.    Camera Operator: It takes five Camera Operators to run every service, and you can be trained on how to use our cameras in about an hour.

3.    Computer Graphics Operator: It takes one Computer Graphics Operator to run every service.  This person is responsible for all of the lyrics and text that you see on the screens in both the Sanctuary and Apex.  You can be trained to operate the CG computer in a couple of weekends.  

4.    Director: It takes one Director to run every service. This person is responsible for directing everything that you see on the screens in the Apex and Sanctuary.  This position requires quite a bit of training, and a natural ability not only to lead people but a creative eye as well.

5.    DV Stream Operator: It takes one DV Stream Operator to run every service.   This person is responsible for playing all of the videos and backgrounds for a service.  You can be trained on how to run the DV streaming computer in just a few moments.

6.    Iris Operator: It takes one Iris Operator to run every service.  This person is responsible for the white balance of the screens.  You can be trained on how to run the Iris is a few moments, however it will take a couple of weeks to get the hang of what looks good.

7.    Switcher: It takes one switcher to run every service.  This person is responsible for switching or changing the different things that are on the big screens. Training on this only takes a few weeks.

Set Design

1.    Painters: We are always looking for people who love to paint.  We need people who are true artist as well as the ones who love to paint around the house.

2.    Graphic Designer: We are always looking for people who have a background in graphic design to help us with sermon logos and print pieces that we produce in house.

3.    Scaffolding Builders: We are always looking for people who will build scaffolding and climb all over it.  If you like heights this is for you.

4.    Interior Designer: We are always looking for people who love to decorate.

5.    Cleanup Crew: We are always looking for people who can clean up after we are done tearing down and putting up a new set.

6.    Seamstress: We are always looking for people who can sow.  Most of our sets involve piecing together large pieces of material

7.    Woodworking/Construction: We are always looking for people who can build and piece things together. Like to play with wood?

CD Ministry

1.    Duplicators: We are always looking for people who are willing to be trained on our duplicator. Real easy to learn.

2.    Order Fillers: We are always looking for people who are willing to make sure everyone’s order gets filled.
